October 11 – 19, 2026. Nine days of devotion, discipline and inner alignment — Devi Mahatmyam study, Ayurvedic fasting, chanting, mudras and chakra balancing.
Ashima Sood is a yogi, Ayurvedic practitioner, and facilitator of scripture-based study with a background in design and architecture. Trained as a UX designer with a Master's degree in Interaction Design, she spent over a decade in human-centered systems and research before turning more deeply to the contemplative traditions of yoga and Vedanta.
Her work brings together classical yogic practice, Ayurvedic lifestyle guidance, and reflective study of texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutra, and Devi Mahatmyam. She holds a 900-hour Teacher Training Certification from The Yoga Institute, Mumbai.
Small, reflective study circles rooted in the classical yogic and Vedantic traditions. Past studies include the Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutra, Devi Mahatmyam, Garbhopanishad, and Sankhya Karika, alongside an ongoing yearly Ritucharya program exploring Ayurveda's seasonal wisdom.
